Audiences Luke Works With
Over the last 10 years, Luke started working with audiences new to environmental conversations, and has since expanded his offerings to include audiences who are inspired to mobilize around positive change in their community.
Luke has a long history of working with students and young adults and is always excited to widen his offering to include a variety of communities and backgrounds. Luke also offers facilitation and interactive workshops using songwriting as a tool to help attendees find their voice in the environmental and social space. Group songwriting, facilitated reflection and shared singing are all tools Luke utilizes to remind people that they have a voice and that they can use it loudly to advocate for the better world we’re building together.
About Luke
Hailing from the Coast Salish Territory known as Vancouver, Canada, Luke has been on a decade-long journey of touring, recording, and organizing for the betterment of people and the planet. Some recent highlights include performances and talks at The United Nations Conference on Water, The Natural Hazards Conference in Boulder Colorado and Communicating Climate Hope at The University of British Columbia. Luke is consistently speaking in schools and facilitating workshops for educators. Luke carries a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Geography from UBC.
